Trump’s
Crypto
Fundraising
Efforts
Crypto
has
become
a
key
area
of
focus
in
Trump’s
campaign
to
win
the
US
presidential
elections
in
November.
Trump
has
made
several
pro-crypto
remarks
this
year,
including
calling
himself
“crypto
president.”
He
also
appointed
JD
Vance,
a
known
Bitcoin
holder,
as
his
Vice
President.
His
efforts
appear
to
be
paying
off,
with
top
industry
leaders
voicing
their
support. According
to
the
Wall
Street
Journal,
the
Trump
campaign
raised
$3
million
in
crypto
in
the
second
quarter
from
around
100
people.
These
donations
could
balloon
in
the
months
before
the
election
amid
reports
that
Trump
could
announce
plans
for
a
US
Bitcoin
strategy
reserve
next
week.
